1. Research use only

All products sold on this website are supplied strictly as research reference standards. They are not drugs, dietary supplements, foods, cosmetics, or medical devices. They are not intended for human or veterinary consumption, ingestion, injection, or any therapeutic, cosmetic, or clinical application.

By placing an order you confirm that you are a qualified researcher or a research institution and that the products will be used exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research. You accept full responsibility for compliance with all applicable safety, biosafety, and workplace regulations.

2. Placing an order

By submitting an order you offer to purchase the products at the price and terms shown at the time you place your order. All orders are subject to our acceptance. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion – including for suspected misuse, incomplete information, incorrect pricing, or stock unavailability. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount charged in full.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

Prices, product availability, and promotions may change without notice. Payment is authorised at the time your order is placed and captured when the order is accepted. If we identify a pricing error we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and refund the amount charged.

4. Shipping and risk of loss

Shipping is available within the United States only. Delivery timelines, methods, and rates are set out on our Shipping Policy.

Risk of loss and title for the products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Damaged-on-arrival and lost-in-transit claims are handled under the process described on our Returns & Refunds page.

5. Returns

All sales are final. Because of the integrity requirements of research reference standards, we do not accept returns on opened, unsealed, or reconstituted vials.

Damaged-on-arrival and wrong-item claims are accepted within the windows described on our Returns & Refunds page.

6. Warranty disclaimer

Products are provided as is for laboratory research use only. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Certificates of analysis reflect the identity and purity data measured for a specific lot at the time of testing.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will Branched Aminos, its affiliates, or its suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or relating to your purchase or use of any product.

Our aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

8. Compliance and permitted use

You are solely responsible for using and handling the products in accordance with all applicable laws and safety standards, including those governing controlled substances, biosafety, and workplace safety.

You agree not to resell, redistribute, gift, or transfer any product for any use other than in-vitro laboratory research.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and, where applicable, the state where our business is registered, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your purchase will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that jurisdiction, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Sale from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Your continued use of the site after we post changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be noted in the Last updated date at the top of this document.
