Not currently. We ship within the United States only. If a non-U.S. address is entered at checkout the order will be refunded and cancelled.
How do I find the certificate of analysis for my lot?
Enter the lot number printed on your vial into the lookup on the homepage or open your product page and click the Certificate of Analysis tab. Each lot has its own document.
My package arrived damaged. What do I do?
Photograph the box and contents before opening or discarding anything and email us within 7 days. Full details are on the Returns & Refunds page.
Do you offer wholesale or lab-account pricing?

Can I return an unopened vial I don’t need anymore?
All sales are final. Because these are research reference standards, we cannot accept returns on unopened vials once they have shipped. We do replace damaged and wrong-item shipments – see the Returns & Refunds page.
